5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes AI-powered features that generate suggested review responses. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Yelp. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Good Standing Co or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Standing Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination
